ASW welcomes Rich Phillips to the position of President and General Manager of ASW Energy Services. Rich has over 30 years’ experience managing all aspects of natural gas system design, construction, operation and maintenance for major companies in the gas distribution, transmission, compression, production, and midstream sectors. His passionate teamwork-based, hands-on approach to management delivers ASW customers cost savings while providing safe, efficient, focused and quality service. Rich’s vast experience and expertise in the energy industry make him a valuable asset and welcome addition to our team. He will oversee all Energy Services’ operations.
ASW Global Announces the Retirement of ASW Energy Services President

Mogadore, Ohio – After fifteen years of dedicated service, ASW Global wishes to announce the retirement of Robert Glenn Sims, President of ASW Energy Services, effective December 31, 2022.
As Glenn enters this new chapter of his life, ASW would like to acknowledge his wealth of contributions to the success of our supply chain services and to our work with the energy and utilities sectors.
Under Glenn’s leadership, ASW expanded its Energy Services and established ASW Pipeline, which Glenn has led since its inception. We thank Glenn for his tireless energy and leadership and know that our company is better off due to the dedication and innovative thinking he has provided.
ASW Global will continue to enjoy the institutional knowledge and contributions of Mr. Sims, as he will remain affiliated as an Executive Advisor and Limited Partner to the Company. ASW Global extends many well wishes to Mr. Sims as he embarks on his retirement.
