2. Do your employees undergo background checks?

Yes, candidates for employment with us undergo extensive background checks.

3. Do you install service or only handle repairs?

We are equipped to both install and repair service.

4. Does anyone need to enter my home during the installation process?

We may need access to your home to complete the installation process. We will schedule a time that is convenient for you.

5. Will my current service be turned off while you make repairs?

You may experience a service disruption while repairs are being made.

6. How long will you take to install/repair/restore services?

The time we will need depends on the severity of the issue. Extensive damage will take longer to handle than a simple service installation.

7. What determines whether you use traditional open cut method or horizontal directional drilling?

We evaluate both the work that is required, and the amount of restoration that will be needed, when determining which option to use.

8. How much damage will occur to my property, and will any damage be repaired?

We will do our best to cause as little damage as possible. Once our repairs have been completed, we will engage in a restoration process to return the landscape to its original condition.

9. My street is being worked on and trucks are blocking access to/from my driveway. Who should I contact?
